Watching the press conferences of our Chief Minister during every tragedy gives me a lot of confidence as a citizen.
He comes after studying the subjects accurately. Enough notes in hand. All the details are exactly what it stands for. He then answers questions from journalists. While immersed in politics, we may not realize how much confidence this gives to the people of Kerala. No need to compare him with anyone else, because this is not a match. It is only a direct reflection of how a ruler faces the challenge that comes only once in many generations.

See today's press conference. Reports from Italy say that once a lockdown occurs, people's priorities will change rapidly and will be reduced to three things: 'food, health and family'.

In today's press conference, he said five times, "Not a single family in Kerala should go hungry during this period." This is not just a slogan, but a community kitchen led by local governments, with ward-based officials, MPs and volunteers working together to find and deliver food on their own.

Provides adequate rice and groceries for those who are able to cook food. It is guaranteed that the FCI has stockpiled rice for eight months. Everything else says exactly the same thing. He then spoke in detail about the preparations in the health sector. He speaks in a way that responds to those who are concerned in many ways.

Kerala is a state with very limited resources compared to other European countries which are currently at war with Corona.

To make matters worse we are the state of a country and its limitations are different. The main battlefield of Corona is about to move away from Europe and come towards us. If Kerala overcomes this challenge (i.e. captures the total number of cases within the confines of our health sector) it will be a miracle and a model for others. If so, there are only three reasons.

The government leading this challenge from the front.
Health workers who work hard despite their limitations.
Our people who know themselves and take maximum precautions as per the instructions of the government.
The government is doing all it can from the front. People from different walks of life stand with the government by giving people and meaning. Meanwhile, a small minority is walking around with pure stupidity. In a day or two they will get what they want and then feel what they need.

It is not really healthy for the Chief Minister and the Health Minister to come in the midst of so many journalists every day.

The matter was brought to the notice of the Chief Minister. He said today that the direct press conference has been postponed from tomorrow. That is the happiest thing. Those who lead this war must be healthy at the forefront not only for their personal safety, but also for maintaining the confidence of those at the forefront and the general public.

Be safe!
